Kongs are a fantastic way to add fresh food to your dog's diet and keep them busy for a little while. Remember to close the tiny hole at the bottom on the Kong with some nut butter before filling with the mixture. Freeze in an upright position in the freezer for several hours until set, or overnight.

Watermelon, Mint & Coconut Milk
Blend together watermelon, fresh mint and a splash of coconut milk in your food processor, or mash with a fork until well blended.
Close the end of the Kong with nut butter.
Fill with the watermelon mixture and freeze in an upright position until set.
PB & J for Dogs
Blend together ripe banana, nut butter, and blueberries (fresh or frozen) in your food processor, or mask with a fork until well blended.
Close the end of the Kong with nut butter.
Fill with the mixture and freeze in an upright position in the freezer until set.
The blueberries will stain, so be sure to give your dog this Kong on a surface you can clean!
Pumpkin Apple Pie
Blend together canned pumpkin, unsweetened applesauce, unsweetened plain yogurt, and a good pinch of Ceylon cinnamon.
Close the end of the Kong with nut butter.
Fill with the mixture and freeze in an upright position in the freezer until set.
Salmon Scramble
Begin to scramble 1 egg.
When egg begins to set add a small amount of your dog's favourite green vegetable, a spoonful or two of canned water-packed salmon, and a good pinch of fresh herbs.
Close the end of the Kong with nut butter and freeze in an upright position in the freezer until set.
